Education & work experience

  • Corine obtained her bachelor’s degree in Dutch law at the University of Utrecht and completed her master’s degree in information law at the University of Amsterdam
  • She started her career at a public-private platform focussing on privacy challenges in the digital society
  • She continued her career at a large law firm focussing on privacy law and later as an attorney-at-law at a medium-sized law firm focussing on privacy law and commercial contracts

Areas of work

  • Advising and litigating on privacy law issues
  • Advising and assisting clients in enforcement proceedings by the Dutch Data Protection Authority
  • Advising, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and privacy related contracts such as data processing agreements
  • Advising on complex data processing operations and determining the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved
